"I attended the Launceston mindfulness retreat which was beautifully structured by Mel to remove the stress, noise, and business of life and replaced it with a soothing, calm, and peaceful safe space to work through issues through guided meditation and mindfulness practices. There was time factored for solo practices, readings, learning, or naps. The venue was spectacular and mouth watering and appetising catering was supplied by local small businesses. The self care pack was put to good use throughout the weekend and still continues to remind me that it is ok to take care of myself.
